1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "sura88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the sura88 platform operated by the licensed entity responsible for this service.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on the sura88 platform.
• "Platform", "Service" refers to the sura88 website, mobile web interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Account" refers to the unique user account created by a Player to access sura88 services.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a Player into their sura88 account balance.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from a Player's sura88 account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

By registering an account on sura88, you warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

sura88 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents (KTP, passport, driver's license) to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access sura88 services, you must create a unique account by providing:

• Active Indonesian mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

Each individual is permitted one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sura88 account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

sura88 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees — please check with your financial institution.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted via the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by sura88 for security or compliance reasons. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.

Withdrawal processing times:

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes on different accounts)
• Placing bets that significantly exceed normal play patterns solely to meet wagering requirements quickly
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes

sura88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on sura88 are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, sura88 will apply standard industry settlement rules (typically: bets on abandoned matches are void unless more than 50% of scheduled play time was completed).

Live Betting (In-Play): Odds change in real time during live betting. sura88 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time due to significant events or suspected irregularities. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.

Parlay / Accumulator Bets (mix parlay): All selections in a parlay bet must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining valid selections at adjusted odds.

6.2 Casino Games

• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access your account or gamble on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall sura88's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user into their account during the six (6) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

sura88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Engaging in prohibited activities (see section 8)
• Submitting fraudulent, false, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Requesting a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to administrative closure)

Upon account termination, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds derived from prohibited activities) will be returned to the user's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees. Users whose accounts are terminated for fraud or prohibited conduct forfeit all balances and have no entitlement to refund.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
